Our culture has some pretty mixed up thoughts on what life should be and what is right and wrong, and sometimes it's pretty hard to tell what should be done, especially if you're surrounded by people who are ungodly or normally don't do the right thing! This is what you want to read if you want some help with that.

What Do I Mean?
Some of you are probably confused by what I mean when I say our culture has mixed up thoughts on what life should be like, right? Well what I mean is that you can look pretty much anywhere on the news and you will see someone doing something that's not right or very bad, well that's what I mean, that's our culture these days we think it's "cool" to do what's wrong. So this blog is to show you what to do when you see everyone doing those things and what is right!
Some Things Being Done Today That Are Wrong
A very big issue today is racism, I'll also go deeper into each one of these topics if you guys would like, today we see people of a different color or with a different accent as weird or think of them as gross, I know my mom grew up in a family that thinks that, and would've have been very upset if she had married a black person, but she saw what was right and that's what I know! P.S They wouldn't be too happy if they saw this lol! Another big issue is human trafficking, this is where humans are kidnapped and sold as slaves to whatever it is they're wanted for. This is a huge issue today and if you can't already tell, it's extremely wrong! A third thing is breaking and entering. There are endless things are culture today is doing wrong, if I stated them all this blog would most likely be about a 30 minute read! Which is sad.
Racism
Today on 9/30/2020 we are having a huge crisis about racism. Some people are extremely confused about this topic, well I can give you some insights right now about it. Basically racism is where we think that people that look different than us, are not as good as us, this is not right because all man is made in God's image, including one's of different color or language.
34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
24 Stop judging by mere appearances, but instead judge correctly."
God has and will always judge us fairly and as he has done so to us, and since we are made in his image, why do we treat others so unfairly? Some people will say that The Tower Of Babel is an example of God saying to not like the other races but I will put the entire part in the bible about this you can read if you like or not, but either way it will say nothing of the sort, and that would mean the bible contradicts itself which it most definitely does not!
Genesis 11:1-9
New International Version
The Tower of Babel 11 Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. 2 As people moved eastward,[a] they found a plain in Shinar[b] and settled there. 3 They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. 4 Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.” 5 But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building. 6 The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. 7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.” 8 So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. 9 That is why it was called Babel[c]—because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth.
Human Trafficking
We all know this is wrong and that it shouldn't be done, yet it is. People are being taken from homes, stores, cities, and sold or kept for one's desire. The Bible says many things about slavery and having slaves and here is one little passage that I like because it says something that needs to be heard.
8 Now we know that the law is good, if one uses it lawfully,9 understanding this, that the law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who strike their fathers and mothers, for murderers,10 the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers,[b] liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound[c] doctrine,11 in accordance with the gospel of the glory of the blessed God with which I have been entrusted. This states that the law isn't meant for the just and perfect, but for those who are ungodly sinners who do everything they shouldn't. God gives us rules because at times, we have all been ungodly sinners, every single being is meant to know these laws. God knows what is right from wrong and he also says in Exodus 21: 1-36 all the laws of slaves and other laws about mean and women in general, this is a very good little passage to read if you'd like to learn more about rules that people used to follow!
After All Of This
After all of this my point is that today in our world a lot of people don't have God, and will never know him. Since they never know him or dive into his word, they dive into the culture and it's beliefs on things. The Lord is and always will be where we need to look to know what to do. So when coming across something being done that is wrong, 1. Don't jump on that bandwagon 2. Try and do what you can to help people and share with them what is right! Thank you for reading my blog post I'm going to start doing Saturday Studies, I need a comment knowing what book of the bible/ what topics to go over for our first one!
Really nice post. Thanks for sharing it! And you should do the book of Acts
